Sending a project enquiry
When you submit the form, your name, email, WhatsApp number, company, selected service, product reference and project message are sent to FormSubmit for processing and email delivery to [email protected]. Your contact details are used to respond to your enquiry. No visitor account is required.
Submission processing
FormSubmit states that submission data is retained in its archive for 30 days. Email delivery also involves the recipient’s email provider. A submission confirmation means the form service accepted your enquiry; delivery times and mailbox filtering may vary.

Images and product information
Company and product content is adapted from the existing OPINOX website. Selected banners and the LED lamp cover are AI enhanced for visual presentation. Refer to original photographs and approved project specifications for the actual product.
Hosting
The hosting and form service providers may process standard access and security logs. Optional analytics, visitor tracking and chat services are described below.
Google Analytics within your tracking choice
After you allow website tracking and live chat, our GA4 integration measures page visits, contact-button clicks and enquiries accepted by the form service. A click does not confirm a conversation, and acceptance by the form service does not confirm email delivery. The GA4 events we configure exclude the name, email, phone, WhatsApp number and project details entered in your form, with advertising personalization disabled. These field restrictions describe our GA4 integration only; they do not establish equivalent handling by LeadsCloud below.
You can decline and change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Analytics preferences” at the bottom left. Your current choice also controls LeadsCloud visitor tracking and live chat, described below. Declining does not affect browsing or the project enquiry form.
LeadsCloud visitor tracking and live chat
The production website loads LeadsCloud visitor tracking and live chat after you agree through “Analytics preferences”. This third-party service may process visited pages and referrers, IP addresses, browser or device information, cookies or other visitor identifiers, and messages or contact details you provide in chat. Its scripts may also load analytics or chat dependencies, including Google and Matomo components. The field filtering used by our GA4 integration does not establish equivalent restrictions for LeadsCloud.
Your current choice controls loading both our Google Analytics integration and LeadsCloud. Earlier consent covering Google Analytics alone is not reused. Withdrawing consent reloads this page to stop the previously loaded LeadsCloud script from continuing to run, and it will not load again. Withdrawal does not delete information already received by providers or guarantee deletion of every cookie they set. The project enquiry form still uses FormSubmit to send to [email protected]; you can also contact us directly by email or WhatsApp. Contact that email about correction or deletion requests.
